With over 23 years of experience in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Rehabilitation, Xavier has helped thousands of people manage joint pain, improve mobility and maintain their independence. A former Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within the NHS, he is passionate about helping people better understand arthritis and providing practical, evidence-based strategies to support long-term joint health and quality of life.
